At PrinterVerse, we take great pride in delivering high-quality 3D printed products and services, crafted with precision and care. Due to the custom nature of 3D printing and the personalized handling of each order, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds on any purchases, including but not limited to 3D printed models, custom design services, or accessories. Please ensure all order details, specifications, and designs are correct before finalizing your purchase.

Exceptions:
We may offer replacements or adjustments only in cases where:

• The item arrives damaged due to shipping issues

• There is a manufacturing defect that does not match the agreed-upon specifications

To request a replacement (if applicable), you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.
